The most amazing full Marina view, one bedroom

Cudownie. Positive: Apartament wyjątkowy, bardzo przestronny, wręcz ogromny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, łóżko super wygodne, wanna z bąbelkami 😁 ale taras i widok są najlepsze ❤️ Negative: Hmm może trochę słaby internet jakbym musiała już coś wymienić.

Could be more modern Positive: The apartment was clean, and the location was good. The bed was comfortable. Terrace was nice, we had breakfast there. Walking around Dubai Marina. Internet connection. Negative: The bathroom badly needs a refurbishment. It was not possible to shut normally the door of the shower close, and the smell in the bathroom was very bad. I was surprised to find out that the building was built in 2019, as it looks like the bathrooms were equipped in 1984 or so. Also, it is not possible to use pans - those have no coating and look really bad. We had to purchase our own pan to be able to cook the food. A loud noise and vibration from the next-door apartment' reconstruction during every working day. Also, at the terrace, there was noise from the nearby construction work the whole day long. Also, the lobby of the building is under reconstruction if you enter the building from the garage. Walking to the beach takes around 15 mins - you need to cross a road reconstruction. Walking to the metro station takes around 20 minutes along a very heavily crowded road - not pleasant at all. Pool guard was really annoying, and it was almost impossible to catch the sun at the pool area. Only early in the morning near the grill area. The sunbed mattresses are dirty. And no towels for pool available.

Positive: La ubicación es muy buena. Negative: Lo que no me gustó es que el departamento se ofrece para hasta 4 personas y si bien hay. un sillón cama, no es cómodo para dos personas. Y el otro sillón que ofrecen no tiene colchón. Es un departamento para máximo 3 personas Tuvimos que salir a comprar un colchón inflable para el segundo sillón que por supuesto tuvimos que pagar nosotros, el anfitrión no ofreció hacerse cargo.

Positive: We arrived late so keys were left in a lock box at apartment door, excellent idea, this was messaged to us already with clear instructions. You have to pay a tax for your stay so make sure you have AED in CASH for this. This was a self catering apartment, had gym and swimming pool facilities. Didnt use either as we were out all day site seeing but had a look and the pool is a fairly decent size and looked a nice area. The apartment is in a brillant location. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach area, situated in the Marina and beautiful view of the Marina especially at night. Very assessible for public transport too but again we didnt use, we used careem for taxi's everywhere, great value. Lovely little mini mart across the road so if you need any groceries they have everything. They sell the real Dubai chocolate here too and very reasonable prices. Also found an Off License (MMI) around the corner if you are looking to buy alcohol for the apartment, we were here New Year's Eve so wanted to celebrate, just be aware you need to get an alcohol licence to purchase alcohol so bring your passport but the staff will help you get this, so easy. All in all fantastic location and great host. I texted a couple of times and always got a quick response. Would definitely stay here again Negative: Nothing to complain about really, the apartment is very large and clean but the shower could do with a little TLC
