Great location for anyone on a budget looking to be near the beach Positive: 5 minutes walk from the beach The host was very accommodating and kind including letting us keep our luggage at his apartment because we had an overnight flight. Cleaning staff and apartment block staff were generally friendly Negative: Dubai and the extra tourist charges - I wish booking was more explicit on this A bit older than the surrounding buildings but great value for money considering the location

Positive: Lokalizacja Negative: Z 5 wind na cały budynek działały tylko 2 . Chcąc przejechać na basen musieliśmy jechać dwoma windami. Na zdjęciach apartament wygląda dużo lepiej.

Positive: The host was excellent Schahin from the moment of booking he was in touch via WhatsApp and email. He provided details of property directions via a video. Kept in touch until we arrived. On arrival I asked Schahin to pop over due to some Internet issues which he resolved. He was available 24hrs provided extra pillows towels water and extra bedding. We had a issue with shower called him and he came round in 10 mins and resolved the issues The property had an excellent location. JBR plus parking if you are driving
