Parfait Positive: Proche de la mer à 5 minutes à pied très bien situé Pharmacie en bas de l’immeuble et une supermarché Le métro est à 7 minutes à pied et il y a centre commerciale à proximité Plusieurs chambres dans l’appartement et plusieurs salle de bain un petit balcon Très bon emplacement géographique si vous voulez des vacances proche de la mer et plein de restaurant à proximité

APPARTEMENT VIEUX! PAS 5 étoiles! 2 peut être! Positive: Bien situé et très grand, idéal pour une bande de jeunes, on peut facilement dormir à 10 dans cet appartement. Negative: l'appartement est vieux et malodorant, très bruyant, énormément de klaxon (la route passe de 2 à une voie ) à déconseiller pour une fanille avec des enfants, même avec des bouchons d'oreille le bruit est infernal jauq'à trad dans la nuit. Tout est bricolé, et vieux.."brand new" est un MENSONGE , TOTAL SCAM

Great location but property not managed Positive: The property was centrally located in a great area for tourism. Easy to get to eating and entertainment. It accommodated the party as needed. Negative: The property was in terrible condition. It was advertised as new which is false. This property had a few updates but in no way new. The bathrooms all have mold issues inside the tubs as well as the walls. It wasn’t clean and had a smell. The walls had handprints of something on them. There was never enough towels so spent almost every day washing towels.
