APPARTEMENT VIEUX! PAS 5 étoiles! 2 peut être! Positive: Bien situé et très grand, idéal pour une bande de jeunes, on peut facilement dormir à 10 dans cet appartement. Negative: l'appartement est vieux et malodorant, très bruyant, énormément de klaxon (la route passe de 2 à une voie ) à déconseiller pour une fanille avec des enfants, même avec des bouchons d'oreille le bruit est infernal jauq'à trad dans la nuit. Tout est bricolé, et vieux.."brand new" est un MENSONGE , TOTAL SCAM

Great location but property not managed Positive: The property was centrally located in a great area for tourism. Easy to get to eating and entertainment. It accommodated the party as needed. Negative: The property was in terrible condition. It was advertised as new which is false. This property had a few updates but in no way new. The bathrooms all have mold issues inside the tubs as well as the walls. It wasn’t clean and had a smell. The walls had handprints of something on them. There was never enough towels so spent almost every day washing towels.

Great location for anyone on a budget looking to be near the beach Positive: 5 minutes walk from the beach The host was very accommodating and kind including letting us keep our luggage at his apartment because we had an overnight flight. Cleaning staff and apartment block staff were generally friendly Negative: Dubai and the extra tourist charges - I wish booking was more explicit on this A bit older than the surrounding buildings but great value for money considering the location
